Baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by family who baked, watching my aunts make cakes for celebrations, and learning from my mom and grandmother as they made conchas, empanadas, and other treats.

I never imagined those childhood memories would eventually lead me to opening my own bakery.

I’m completely self-taught, and my baking journey has been filled with plenty of experimenting, learning, failing, and trying again. After stepping away from baking for a while, I found my way back to the kitchen during COVID-19. What started as a return to something I loved slowly grew into Eduardo’s Pastry Kitchen.

Today, I create a new menu every week because I love keeping things creative, trying new flavors, and giving you something to look forward to when you stop by.

But more than anything, I love that baking gives me a way to share something I genuinely enjoy with my community. Every cake, cookie, pastry, and sweet treat that comes out of my kitchen is made with a little bit of my story and a whole lot of love.
